Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Research supplies once the packaging seal has been broken
• Custom or bulk orders made to specification
• Items marked as final sale at checkout

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@lcamerchandise.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@lcamerchandise.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll cover the cost of the replacement or return.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Return the original for a refund and place a new order — this ensures the fastest turnaround.
