• Bulk/team orders: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Any free-shipping thresholds will be clearly shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

5. Delays

Occasionally, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume can delay delivery. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, email support@lcamerchandise.com within 5 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
